Interjoma is a food trader dedicated to the purchase and sale of by-products for animal feed, primarily rice, chips, flour, starch, etc., which are used in the production of feed.
In order to ensure and maintain the safety and security of all products marketed by Interjoma, the following policy has been established, outlining the following key commitments:
- Ensure compliance with applicable feed legislation, and the requirements of our customers. We ensure that all products we market comply with established food safety regulations.
- Demonstrate our responsibility and commitment to the development and implementation of the “Feed Safety Management System (FSMS)” for the safe marketing and distribution of feed at all times.
- Meet customer demands and requirements.
- Establish an internal structure to regularly define and evaluate the objectives of our Feed Safety Management System (FSMS), allowing us to identify areas for improvement and ensure the continuous quality of our products.
- Promote effective communication, both internally and externally, applicable to our FSMS. This includes continuous training of our staff on food safety issues and transparency in our communication with suppliers and customers.
- Continuously improve our FSMS and acquire the necessary knowledge to ensure the safety of the feed we market.
- Ensure the availability of material, human, and economic resources necessary to guarantee the safety and wholesomeness of our products.
- Manage any recall situation if feed safety is at risk.
Through this commitment we aim to convey confidence to our customers, demonstrating that our products are manufactured through safe and efficient processes, resulting in safe and wholesome feed.
Additionally, we demonstrate that all our suppliers are evaluated under a strict control procedure.
